Three traffic investigations, including two crashes, over the weekend have landed DWI charges against two Broome county residents and a Cortland woman.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 50 year old Donna Kubrak of Endicott was arrested Friday after allegedly hitting a light pole at the Dollar General in the Town of Maine and speeding off before crashing again a short distance away into an embankment.

Kubrak is charged with driving while intoxicated by drugs and moving from a lane unsafely.

75 year old Henry Warren of Conklin and 21 year old Devyn Staley of Cortland were both arrested Saturday.

Warren reportedly crashed into a ditch on Conklin Road.

He’s charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely.

Sheriff’s officials say Staley was stopped by officers on Interstate 81 near exit 5 in the Town of Dickinson.  Staley is charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level at more than .18%.

All were ordered to appear in court at a later date.
