Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say they’ve tracked down three people who are believed to have broken into a Town of Tompkins home in June of 2012 and robbed the residents at gunpoint of money and drugs.

27 year old Amanda Gahan of Walton, 27 year old Andrew Dougherty of Delhi and 32 year old Leon Grizzard of South Kortright were arrested October 8 by the Delaware County Sheriff’s and New York State Police.

Authorities say a search of a Town of Hobart home led to the arrest of Grizzard and Gahan and the seizure of a quantity of heroin, marijuana and hypodermic instruments.  Dougherty was arrested at the Delaware County Correctional Facility where he is serving time on an unrelated conviction.

Grizzard, Dougherty and Gahan were indicted earlier this week by a Grand Jury on Felony robbery and burglary charges as well as petit larceny and criminal mischief.

Gahan is also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument following the search of the home in Hobart.  35 year old Jeremy Key of Hobart and Grizzard are each charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Dougherty remains in the Delaware County Jail and is now joined by Grizzard and Gahan, who are being held without bail.

Key was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
