Three people are facing charges after Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity at the Delaware/Chenango/Madison/Otsego BOCES Harold Campus early June 3.

Officials say they found a vehicle parked near the auto mechanic shops and discovered the driver, 21 year old George Robinson Junior of Delhi intoxicated, 29 year old front seat passenger, Jonathan Gutliph of Hamden unlawfully possessing prescription drugs and an 18 year old Delhi boy in the back seat with an open container of alcohol.

Robinson is charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Gutliph is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The 18 year old was ticketed for having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Deputies utilized their K-9 Ozzie and were assisted by New York State Police and Village of Walton Police.
