Pennsylvania State Police say they stopped a vehicle on Interstate 81 North at Great Bend February 26 and noticed several indicators of criminal activity.

Officials say two Syracuse residents:  Shabar Dunham and Waltesa Haygood and Lemrick Thomas of Philadelphia were arrested after granting a search of the vehicle which turned up 16 ounces of Phencyclidine, or PCP.

All three were sent to the Susquehanna County Jail on $150,000 bail.
