The Downtown Binghamton Courtyard Market will set up shop once again in the Metrocenter Courtyard across from Gorgeous Washington street, the organization announced on Facebook.

Starting July 7, shoppers can stroll through the courtyard each Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. through October 6 for fresh fruits and vegetables, along with a list of prepared foods, potted plants and much more.

According to a press release from market manager Eliana Epstein, the market will begin with 13 vendors, employing about 25 people. Epstein said the market sees more than 200 visitors each week, many who will frequent other shops and stores in the area.

Many downtown businesses have seen a decrease in sales because of closure and less traffic due to COVID-19.

The Downtown Binghamton Courtyard market is in its second yea and, is a revitalization of the original Downtown Binghamton Market.

Participating vendors include Anna Mason, babushka Eats, the Hunny Suite, Caribbean Patty World, Harvest Hill farm, Honey Love Soaps, Kokedama Flara, Robbie’s Produce, Sue Garing Honey, Soul Stream Art, Triple J Farm and VINES.
