Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say a couple of teenagers are facing felony charges following an investigation into suspicious people at the Owego Agway.


Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Deputies say they were called to the business on West Avenue shortly at 5:35 a.m. December 23 and searched the area, locating one teen just outside the store and the second hiding in a nearby yard.

19-year-old Zachary Martinez of Owego and a 17-year-old boy are charged with felony burglary and grand larceny.

Authorities say they found several items that apparently had been stolen from the Agway around the scene.

The boys were sent to the Tioga County Jail on $5,000 bail.
