Teens Arrested for West Corners School Break-in

Two Broome County teens are accused of breaking into the Ann G. McGuiness School in February and stealing items.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 18 year old Santiago Concepcion of Endicott and 19 year old Joseph Rano of Binghamton are charged with felony burglary.

Officials say several pieces of stolen property have since been recovered and returned to the school.

The teens were released to appear in court at a later date.
