Winter Weather Advisory

A late season snow storm, bringing three inches or more of snow to the Southern Tier, Central New York and portions of Northeastern Pennsylvania gives students and faculty a day off and turns out the lights to dozens.

Emergency Services officials around the region are reporting isolated slippery conditions mainly confined to the rural roads and higher elevations.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the Susquehanna Region, Western Mohawk Valley, Southern Tug Hill region and portions of the Catskills from 7 p.m. February 23 to 10 a.m. February 24.
