A Tioga County man plead guilty to attempted enticement of a minor after agreeing to meet in Broome County with an undercover officer posing as a 10-year-old.

A Willseyville man is facing a number of charges coming from a traffic stop at 12:41 a.m. June 9 on Water Street in the Village of Candor.
