Visibility and freezing on roadways can be a concern as wide areas of fog and below freezing temperatures grip the entire region.

Mixed precipitation is expected through the morning with snow accumulations of less than an inch and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch.

The National Weather Service says an Ice Storm Warning remains in effect until 1 a.m. for Delaware, Otsego and Delaware Counties until 1 a.m. December 31.

Depending on where you are, possibly only separated by a few miles, may determine if you are looking at two inches of snow or a half foot of snow.

The National Weather Service in Binghamton is warning of a potential for several inches of snow in the region and has issued a Winter Weather Advisory.
