July Fest

There's one popular area festival that has not been around for a while, but it's making a return this summer.

The Downtown Binghamton Business Association says it is cancelling the 2020 July Fest, the Parlor City 5K Race and the Binghamton Music and Jazz Festival.

2019 marks the 57th year that the July Fest Celebration in downtown Binghamton has been offering summer fun for people from all over the east coast.
