Grandparent Scam

Delaware Sheriff’s officials say they have received at least one complaint recently of a victim contacted by someone claiming to be a family member.

Investigators are trying to track down a man who stole a "significant" amount of money from an Endwell woman using the so-called "Grandparent Scam."
