New York State Police are looking for a woman who has been conducing fraudulent transactions at EMPOWER Federal Credit Union branches in Onondaga County.

Members of the Guthrie Federal Credit Union are being warned that a skimming device had been found at a walk-up automatic teller machine in Sayre.
