I found a few places that offer some out of the ordinary amenities sure to make your summer getaway a lot of fun.

From time to time, I get the urge to check out what cool rental properties are out there in New York State.

This one has a feature I have not seen anywhere else so far, at least not far from the Binghamton area.

Sort of reminds me of a Hobbit home from the Lords of the Rings movies.

I searched for places that offer things to do at a local getaway like maybe a pool table, video games, or anything that would be fun to do at a mini getaway.

It's winter, and spending a weekend or maybe an extended weekend relaxing somewhere other than home that's not far from the Binghamton area would be a nice getaway.

I recently became aware of one such tiny home in the Southern Tier listed on Airbnb that looks inviting.
