The Cortland County Sheriff's Office arrested two people in conjunction with a report of missing checks and cash from a residence on East Homer Road in the Town of Homer.  In a press release issued by Cortland County Sheriff's officials the suspects arrested are accused of stealing over $3,000 in cash and checks from other family members while living at the Town of Homer residence.

Taken into custody on Saturday morning, August 19th were 27 year-old Bradley J. McLean and 23 year-old Sonia G. Martin both of Cortland.  Bradley is charged with Grand larceny 3rd degree, a class "D" Felony, Conspiracy in the 5th degree, a class "A" Misdemeanor and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree, a class "A" Misdemeanor. He was remanded to the Cortland County Jail.

Martin was charged with Grand larceny 3rd degree, a class "D" Felony, Conspiracy 5th degree, a class "A" Misdemeanor, Crimianl Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree, a class "D" Felony and Criminal possession of Stolen Property 5th degree, a class "A" Misdemeanor.  Martin was ordered to appear in Homer Court in September.
