State Police Arrest Ulster Man for Predatory Sexual Assault

New York State Police in Endwell say 21 year old Troy Pewterbaugh, who is a registered sex offender, had sexual contact with a victim under the age of 13.

He was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $30,000 bail.
