Spencer VanEtten Bus Driver Charged With Child Endangerment

A Spencer VanEtten school bus driver is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say 62 year old Howard Snyder of Barton was arrested November 20 after authorities received a report from school district officials about an incident November 7 on a school bus.

Snyder is also charged with menacing and harassment.

He was released on his own recognizance and order to appear in Town of Candor Court at a later date.
