Southern Tier Police Officer Accused of Sending Porn to Child

A Village of Sidney Police officer is accused of sending indecent messages and pictures to a child. 

New York State Police say 27-year-old Brandon Parry of Sherburn is charged with felony disseminating indecent materials to minors and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.

Perry was arrested shortly after 10 p.m. March 18 at his home and was released following his arraignment.

An order of protection was issued to the victim.

State Police say the investigation is continuing.
