Smyrna Man Arrested for Manufacturing Methamphetamine

A Smyrna resident is accused of manufacturing methamphetamine.

Chenango County Sheriff’s officials arrested 37 year old Timothy Heady December 2 while conducting a follow up investigation into a burglary complaint in the area.

Heady is charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and was sent to the Chenango County Jail.

The Chenango County Sheriff’s office was assisted by New York State Police and the State Police Crime Scene Contamination Unit.
