Smithville Flats Motorcyclist Found with 26 License Suspensions
A Smithville Flats man is facing a felony count after New York State Police stopped him riding an unregistered motorcycle in the Town of Union.
Troopers in the Endwell barracks say an officer saw a motorcycle on East Main Street on June 8th that didn’t have proper registration.
During the traffic stop, the Trooper discovered 37-year-old Scott Evanchof didn’t have a valid driver license since it had been suspended 26 times. The Trooper also found suspected drugs in Evancholf’s possession.

The Smithville Flats man is charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance.
