Sex for Cab Fare Allegation in Delaware County

An Oneonta area taxi driver is accused of trying to negotiate sex with a woman in Delaware County in exchange for cab fare. 

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a complaint in the evening of February 11 about an individual being solicited by a taxi driver to perform sex acts in exchange for cab fare from the City of Oneonta to the Treadway in Delhi.

40-year-old Jeremy Wilcox was arrested February 13 and is charged with patronizing a person for prostitution.

He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Franklin court at a later date.
