School Starts in the Southern Tier
Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Most students in the Twin Tiers are getting back into the school routine with classes resuming following the Labor Day holiday.
Motorists are again reminded to be aware of lower speed limits in school zones, stop for school buses that have their flashing lights activated, even on divided highways and watch for children who may not be paying attention while crossing the road.
Parents are reminded to instruct their children to travel in groups if walking to school, obey traffic signals and crossing guards and watch for motor vehicles.
