Rifle-Toting Endwell Nirchi’s Pizza Shop Bandit at Large
Police have released images of the man who robbed a Nirchi's Pizza restaurant in Endwell.
New York State Police say troopers were sent to the business at 701 Taft Avenue around 2:15 p.m. Monday.
The robber was armed with a rifle. Investigators say he left the pizza shop on foot, heading west toward Columbus Avenue. No injuries were reported.
The man got away with some cash but police would not say how much was taken.
The suspect was described as a white man, medium build, clean shave, wearing a green poncho, dark rain-type pants, dark boots and a black knit hat with eye holes cut out.
