Richford Woman Accused of Having Cocaine and Pot

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say they found a Richford woman had some marijuana and cocaine when she was stopped on Route 369 in the Town of Fenton for an equipment violation shortly before 1 a.m. June 10.

38 year old Jessica Morsey also had her driver’s license suspended for failing to answer a summons.

She’s charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with an inadequate muffler.

She’s been ordered to appear in Town of Fenton Court at a later date.
