The two-alarm fire in the home on Ouaquaga Road was reported at 10:55 a.m.

Firefighters from a half-dozen departments responded. There were no injuries and the fire was out in less than an hour.

The Red Cross says it is assisting four adults and three children.  The agency typically provides assistance funding for temporary housing, food and clothing as needed.  Specially-trained Disaster Mental Health volunteers are also made available to people in emergency situations to help them with the emotional aspect of their disaster.
