Two Downtstate women are accused of dealing drugs in Delaware, Ulster and surrounding counties in the Southern Tier.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say an 18 month-long investigation resulted in the arrest of 24 year old Courtney Williamson of Queens and 34 year old Monica Iannarelli of Brooklyn.

The Sheriff’s office Criminal Investigation Unit and Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team conducted the investigation.

Both women are charged with three felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and three felony counts of conspiracy.

Williamson is accused of supplying significant quantities of cocaine and heroin to street-level dealers, including to Iannarelli.

Authorities say a search of a home in Middletown in April turned up 83 bags of cocaine hidden in Williamson’s body, resulting in additional drug charges.

Iannarelli was arrested August 4 in Roscoe by members of the United States Marshal’s Services Fugitive Task Force.  She’s being held in the Delaware County Jail on $50,000 bail while Williamson is being held on $100,000 bail.
