Plymouth Man Accused of Stealing Rifle
A Town of Plymouth man is charged with burglary, accused of forcing his way into a house and stealing a rifle.
Chenango County Sheriff’s Deputies were called March 16 about someone forcefully entering a home in the Town of Plymouth.
When patrols arrived, they say, 27-year old Zachary Ketchum had returned to his home with stolen property.
Ketchum is accused of forcing open a door to the home and stealing the weapon. He was also found to have violated an order of protection that had been issued for a previous incident.
Ketchum is charged with felony, grand larceny, criminal contempt and criminal possession of stolen property and sent to the Chenango County Jail on $10,000 bail.
