Pittsfield Man Charged in Child Porn Case

New York State Police are accusing a Pittsfield, New York man of promoting a sexual performance by a child.

Troopers in Oneonta along with investigators with the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit arrested 20 year old William H.J. Miller October 16.

He’s also charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child.

Miller was sent to the Otsego County Jail on $5,000 bail.
