
Pennsylvania State Police Look for Missing Man with Dementia
Pennsylvania State Police are asking for help in finding a 79-year-old Wayne County man who suffers from the onset of dementia.

Simon Phillips of Bigelow Lake Road in Mount Pleasant was last seen at around 5:22 p.m. February 20 getting gas at Arlo’s Store in the Township.
Phillips is black, of thin build and is in relatively good health except for the reported dementia. He was wearing a full camouflage suit and hat along with sunglasses. He was driving a silver 2002 Toyota Highlander with Pa. plates: KJP-6940 which was missing a front bumper cover.
