It's not a case of "road-rage, but parking lot-rage."

At least one person is recovering from minor injuries following an incident in Cortland November 30.

Police say 45 year old David Southwick of Cortlandville is accused of flying into a rage after leaving Family Court.

Authorities say Southwick reportedly tried to run down his ex-wife, who walked away, and intentionally hit thirteen vehicles and a porch with his truck, causing $6,000 in damage to the porch and over $1,700 in damage to the vehicles.

The majority of the vehicles belonged to Cortland County employees or people with business at the Family Court.

Southwick was charged with 19 counts: a total of 13 felony counts of criminal mischief and three felony counts of reckless endangerment as well as misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a weapon, assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
