Owego Man Accused of Having Sex with Girl in Johnson City

Johnson City police say a Tioga County man allegedly had sex with an 11-year-old girl several times.

Authorities say 32-year-old Joshua Baldock of Essex Road, Owego, has been charged with first-degree rape, a felony.

Investigators say the incidents are believed to have occurred over a two-month period last year in Johnson City.

Baldock was arraigned in Johnson City village court and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.

Police say Baldock is a Level One registered sex offender.
