James Tallon, Jr., a member of the New York State Board of Regents, discussed a range of education and health issues on WNBF Radio's Binghamton Now program Friday.

Tallon is president of the United Hospital Fund of New York. He previously had been a member of the state Assembly, serving as chairman of the health committee and as majority leader.
