Norwich School Bus Aide Accused of Roughly Dealing With Child

Chenango County Sheriff’s Officials say a school bus aide is accused of dealing too roughly with a child.

Authorities say 61-year-old Larry Conant of Norwich is charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after he was accused of using unnecessary force on a seven-year-old child on a Norwich Central School Bus in the Town of Guilford.

Sheriff’s officials say Conant was arrested December 8 and released to appear in court at a later date.
