Authorities say 29-year-old Nathan Grover of New Milford apparently lost control as he tried to negotiate a curve on State Route 2067 in Gibson Township at 3:20 p.m. October 31 and hit a tree.

Troopers say the Chevrolet Cavalier exited the left side of the road and hit the tree with the front driver side bumper.

Grover was pronounced dead at the scene.

His passenger, 24-year-old Kyle Franchak of Kingsley was injured although the nature and extent of his injuries were not available.
