A New Jersey man is accused of driving in Delaware County at 12:47 a.m. July 3 with a blood alcohol content at more than twice the legal limit.

Sheriff’s Deputies say they arrested 48 year old William Mills Junior in Hancock.

He is charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content at more than .18%, felony  driving without a license and driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device.

Mills was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $2,500 bail.
