
Montrose Man Accused of Shooting at Imaginary People
Pennsylvania State Police say a Montrose man, allegedly high on methamphetamine. is accused of shooting a gun at imaginary people in his home then going to a neighbor’s house and shooting inside that residence as well.
Troopers say no one was hurt in the Sunday, November 7 incident but 48-year-old Richard Begliomini is charged with criminal mischief and firearms violations.
According to the police report, Begliomini is accused of shooting up the inside of his house on State Route 706 at around 7:51 p.m. Sunday, November 7 then going to the home of a 64-year-old couple and shooting up a window, shower wall and living room wall. The damage is being estimated at over $1,000.
Begliomini was sent to the Susquehanna County Jail.
