Month-Long Investigation Brings Drug Charges in Cortland
A month-long narcotics investigation is resulting in felony charges for a Cortland man.
Sheriff’s officials say 30-year-old Zane Zimmerman is accused of having over $6,700-worth of heroin, methamphetamine and other drugs at a home on Greenbush Street that authorities searched on Friday the 13th.
Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies say they recovered about 200 baggies of heroin, three grams of methamphetamine, buprenorphine strips, Oxycodone pills, drug packaging material, scales and cash.

Zimmerman was released on his own recognizance and ordered to appear in Cortland City Court next month.
