Missing Man is Found

Pennsylvania State Police say a Susquehanna County man, who had been reported missing since September, is okay.

25 year old Casey Birchard of Brackney was located at around 8 p.m. December 4 and found to be safe.

Family members said they had last seen Birchard at his home in mid-September.

Authorities have not commented on where the man was found or the circumstances of his disappearance.
