A Whitney Point man, on probation for unlawful manufacturing methamphetamine, was found to have hypodermic needles and materials used in the manufacture of meth Inside his vehicle during a traffic stop in Kirkwood.

A Broome County Sheriff’s Deputy pulled 42 year old Max Moshier over on Upper Court Street January 24 for a traffic infraction.

He’s charged with felony unlawful manufacturing methamphetamine and misdemeanor criminally possessing a hypodermic needle.

Moshier was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
