Man Pleads Guilty to Year-Old Burglary

The Broome County District Attorney’s office says a suspect in a burglary that happened on July 28^th of last year is admitting to the crime.

33 year old Perrin Smith has pleaded guilty to felony burglary for the incident on Nanticoke Drive.

Smith faces up to 12 years to life in prison as a persistent violent felony offender when he is sentenced in September.
