Man Faces Charges Following Owego Dispute

A 48-year-old man was arrested after a reported dispute in the Town of Owego.

Authorities say 48-year-old Brian Guinane of Hallstead, Pennsylvania, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment. He also faces counts of harassment with physical contact and criminal mischief.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Guinane was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Guinane was arraigned in Owego town court and released on his own recognizance. He was ordered to return to court on February 21.
