43-year-old David Woodward is charged with 46 counts of felony unlawful surveillance.

Broome County Sheriff’s Officials say they were called to the home after a small recording device was discovered in the bathroom wall.

Responding detectives executed a search warrant at the home and seized several electronic devices capable of recording or storing video along with a “pinhole” type video recording device that had been mounted to the back side of the wall and set up to record people in the bathroom through a small hole in the wall.

Woodward was released on his own recognizance following his arraignment.
