Man Charged for Untagged Animal Carcass and Loaded Guns in Car
A Cortland County man is accused of having an altered New York State inspection sticker on his vehicle, no front license plate, an untagged animal carcass, two loaded firearms and a hypodermic instrument during a traffic stop on Clinton Avenue in the City of Cortland at 1:47 p.m. November 26.
26 year old Jentre Bergman of the Town of Scott is facing charges of felony criminal possession of a forged instrument, misdemeanor criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, two counts of possessing loaded firearms in a vehicle, illegally possessing protected wildlife, displaying a forged certificate of inspection and no license plate.
Bergman is to appear in City of Cortland Court in December.
