Police say Tioga Downs Casino surveillance video shows a man taking hundreds of dollars worth of poker chips that belonged to a woman.

Authorities say the Pennsylvania resident suspected of stealing the chips turned himself in at the New York State Police Owego station on Tuesday.

A man from Oliphant, Pennsylvania was charged with petit larceny.

Investigators say he is accused in an incident that was reported on May 9. A woman apparently advised a dealer she was leaving her chips at the table while she went to dinner.
