ORIGINAL STORY:

Police say Tioga Downs Casino surveillance video shows a man taking hundreds of dollars worth of poker chips that belonged to a woman.

Authorities say the Pennsylvania resident suspected of stealing the chips turned himself in at the New York State Police Owego station on Tuesday.

A man from Oliphant, Pennsylvania was charged with petit larceny.

Investigators say he is accused in an incident that was reported on May 9. A woman apparently advised a dealer she was leaving her chips at the table while she went to dinner.

After the dealers changed, police claimed the man is said to have placed his poker chips on the edge of the table and knocked them over.

Police say several hundred dollars worth of chips were involved in the incident.
