Man Accused of Stealing and Using Credit Card at Mall

A Johnson City man is facing three felony counts after Village Police say a credit card left on a counter at the Macy’s store at the Oakdale Mall February 18 was taken and used to make purchases.

20 year old Dylan Link is charged with felony forgery, identity theft and grand larceny.

Police say they found Link had left the store and went into the mall.  He was located when he returned to the store and was found with property purchased from several stores in the mall.
