The Third Annual LUMA Arts Festival was held on Friday night in downtown Binghamton.  The event features projection imaging with animation.  The imaging projected was created by local as well as international artists.

Downtown Binghamton was closed to vehicular traffic on Thursday night in preparation for the LUMA festivities.  Projected images were shown on six different buildings. Many businesses either stayed open or had vendor displays set up.  LUMA attracted people of all ages with a large portion of young people in attendance as well.
