Low-Cost Vaccines for Dogs and Cats at B.C. Humane Society
Pet owners in Broome County have a chance to get their dog or cat up to date on vaccines at a reduced price throughout the summer.
The B.C. Humane Society hosted first of a series of monthly rabies clinics at their offices at 167 Conklin Avenue in Binghamton on May 3. Rabies and distemper shots are available with a suggested donation of $5.
Cats must be crated. Leashes for cats are not allowed. Dogs must be on a non-retractable style leash and under the owner’s control. There must be one human per dog or cat. People must wear masks.
The cats only clinic entrance is at the front of the building. The dog entrance is at the far end of the building.
Rabies and distemper vaccines are available.
Clinics will be held 5:30-7 p.m. May 17, June 14, July 12, August 16, September 13 and October 11.
