Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]A Troy, Pennsylvania man is facing two felony and three lesser charges in Waverly following a chase that began in Sayre, Pennsylvania.

Sayre Police tried to stop 37 year old Jason Rockwell at 11:20 p.m. December 3 and he failed to pull over until stopping on Chemung Street in the Village of Waverly.

Waverly and Sayre Police say they found Rockwell hiding a loaded .22 caliber Derringer style pistol under the driver’s seat and was in possession of a Fentanyl patch.

Rockwell is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Police say they found Rockwell is a convicted felon in both Broome and Chemung Counties.

He was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $100,000 bail.
