Pennsylvania State Police at Towanda say two men came to a residence on State Route 6 near the intersection of Mac Road in Burlington Township  about 5 on Friday morning.

Troopers say they claimed to be the State Police but didn't have any badges or IDs and were not armed.  They asked to come into the residence.

The woman who lived at the house said both were wearing slacks and dark colored polo shirts.

Officials say the suspects didn't have a car and left on foot toward the the Dandy Mini Mart on State Route 6 near the Burlington Turnpike.

The suspects are described as two white males.  One was in his 30s or 40s...about five-foot- seven with a stocky build and short brown hair.  The other...in his mid 30s...was six-foot one...with a long skinny build.  He had dirty blond hair and a goatee.
