Kirkwood Man Busted for Drugs in Motel Raid

A Kirkwood man is facing several felony counts after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force raided a motel October 15.

32-year-old Jeremy Banks allegedly had crack cocaine and drug packaging materials at the Del Motel on Upper Court Street and his accused of selling crack and crystal methamphetamine on two prior dates.

Banks is charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Banks was released in accordance with the state bail reform law following his arraignment.
